We are so excited about you taking your next step with Baptism!  We will be celebrating your decision by giving you an opportunity to go public with your faith on the 5th Sunday of each quarter.

Prior to getting baptized, you will attend 2 baptism classes. These classes are held on the 3rd & 4th Sunday of each month starting at 2:00pm. There are no classes in the month of July due to summer slowdown.

In this class you will discuss the reason and significance of baptism according to God’s word. You are not required to be a member of the New Life Fellowship family; however, you must attend both classes.

This form is to register adults 18 years and older. If you are registering a child 2nd through 12 grades, please register using this link for the Children and Youth Baptism form.
